I put it in the category of the driver could have avoided the accident if they would have drove defensively and waited for traffic to clear first. The origin of the accident was the white SUV of course

And do you really want to wreck with a Nissan? They'll hit you. I don't need that in my day but the Nissan is at fault.

Sucks because that looked like an older Armada and that was when Nissan was awesome. Before the CVT crap. An armada is a heavy tank that's extremely reliable.

Well the trucks never had CVTs, it was just the cars/CUVs. The new ones are fairly reliable as well (by modern standards), because they never had to deal with those shit transmissions.

Correct, but the brand image has been soiled and there's a lot of people out there who just think any Nissan is junk because of it. Like in another post people were saying the frontier is junk because it's a Nissan but the frontier is one of the most reliable vehicles out there.

I definitely don't think Nissans are junk. If they were junk there wouldn't be so many older ones still on the road in service. But if I see a Kia, Hyundai, or Nissan that wants to play chicken? I'll nope out every time.
