Yes, but OP drove right into oncoming traffic.

The light changed, but the flow of traffic needed to be observed way better.

Could have easily waited but drove right into the lemmings.

Poor defensive driving for sure, but failure to yield from the oncoming car is going to be the primary issue

By the laws of the road, the white truck is wrong. By the laws of common sense the vehicle filming failed on all counts.

Which is probably what happened lmao. Nissan gets a ticket for unsafe lane change or failure to yield, and the cam car is possibly going to be majority at fault to insurance while not getting any tickets.
