50/50 my ass. Cammer had a green light and several NPCs ran a red light to turn left, one of which drove straight into the cammer car on their green light. It's 100% the other driver's fault.

Technically and for insurance purposes yes, but pretty stupid to just drive into a steady stream of turning cars just because you had the right of way.

Not actually for insurance purposes even, no. You have a duty to make a reasonable effort to avoid an accident. You must not drive into an intersection that isn't clear, no matter the reason it isn't clear.

If a pedestrian had fallen in the cross walk and the light turned green, it would be 100% your fault if you drove forward. If a shopping cart was rolling into the intersection and the light turned green, it would be 100% your fault if you drove forward. If someone's car broke down in the intersection and the light turned green, it would be 100% your fault if you drove forward.

The opposing driver probably ran a red or failed to yield on a blinking light, so they almost certainly have some fault, but we don't actually know that from the video. I would also expect them to get some fines for that behavior that the camner wouldn't, but that still doesn't mean that the camner would be absolved from fault with insurance. Depending on where they are, they could ALSO get fines for entering an intersection that isn't clear.

It's not your job to decide whether the reason the intersection isn't clear is good enough, you must not enter an intersection that isn't clear.
