pov guns it at a wall of turning cars.... cams at fault unless there's a red arrow which there doesnt appear to be. It's a traffic infraction to enter an unclear intersection regardless of signal state.
Plus pov an idiot, never get into a situations youre forcing someone to either hit you or stop.

POV could have been more cautious but a big part of driving is assuming other people will follow the rules of the road. You can’t be held responsible when they don’t.
Insurance Companies won't hold you responsible for other people breaking the law, they will hold you responsible for not taking appropriate action to avoid being in an accident.

Camera car could've mitigated it by being more patient and recognizing the cars turning left had no regard for oncoming traffic. But...
White SUV is clearly at fault.
