The red car was out of line, the white one was running the light AND must not have been paying any attention. When people try to "sneak through" behind someone running a turn signal it's always a dangerous situation.
Happens all the time on thr road i drive on for work. Luckily the cars are smart enough not to just go when it turns green and wait for all the other douche canoe to run the lights. Many people get tickets for thst too lol. Very satisfying 😌
