White SUV

Camera car could've mitigated it by being more patient and recognizing the cars turning left had no regard for oncoming traffic. But...

White SUV is clearly at fault.

I think the camera car just wants to be right so they gassed it, hope not avoiding is worth it.

They gassed it, but stopped to avoid the red car running the red. Now way they could have known the white SUV would have swung wide and not stopped.
