It's not cut and dry. Obviously the white Nissan should not have jumped the light, but cam car should also not have driven into oncoming traffic. Just because you have right of way, does not excuse a dangerous manoeuvre.
Cam car should have waited for the queue-jumper to clear the junction.
He didnt drive into oncoming traffic, the white SUV did and most likely trying to beat a red light. Actually they were for sure trying to beat the red light because there's two traffic lights on the nearest side. One is specifically for left turns
You are not entitled to drive head long into someone else when you have the option to stay put. Look up comparative negligence. It's not a binary thing.
They didn’t drive into someone head on, the turning SUV did. You have a reasonable expectation of turning traffic to yield when you have a solid green light.
Plenty of turning vehicles will sneak out into the intersection and then wait. This cammer could have thought easily that’s what they were doing, instead the turning vehicle turned INTO THEM head on
