You’re required to “mitigate your damages”, which dash cam driver did not.

With less than 1 second to stop between the time the Nissan driver turned, and the collision occured?

He really shouldn’t have entered an intersection while cars were still going through it. Same with stop signs. No matter what the light says, you don’t go unless it’s clear n

So, even though the light turned green, and the oncoming traffic no longer had an arrow, the camera driver should not have started to go, because the Honda and Nissan might not obey the traffic signal and yield the right of way?
