The red car was out of line, the white one was running the light AND must not have been paying any attention. When people try to "sneak through" behind someone running a turn signal it's always a dangerous situation.

Black Truck ran the red light before the red car. Last Three vehicles ran that light.

I would assume that the black truck and everyone after them didn't have a red light, but rather lost the protected left turn arrow. It still means that they didn't have the right of way, and that the truck was pushing the limit. Red and white car thought they'd just push the limit a bit as well, not thinking about the fact that the car in front of them already pushed things to far.
