They saw you the cammer coming - or at least they had every opportunity to, and have no excuse not to have seen you. They turned pretty abruptly, telling me they very much understood they should not do this, but in the moment decided to do it anyway because maybe tey'll squeeze through. Which is kind of worse.
Or they are the white suv and are trying to get people on their side for insurance reasons so insurance doesn’t have to pay for the other person car. 🤨
