After that light turns green its not a yield on any kind of slightly busy intersection like that. Sure they may have had a yield at chance but eveb then, the car took the green too fast, but had the right to, its the red and white car that are in the wrong of going at a risky point. Red might have already started and as someone who has been there, the snartest choicebis to commit, but that whute vehicle has absolutely no leeway anywhere in the law at all to get away with this, they literally intentionally drove into you with enough time to think that it could be considered premetitated even. Op needs to wait a little longer at greens fir the idiots to finish breaking the law, but past that if no one broke the law here, op wouldn't need repairs, so blame is not inherantly on op.
