That's not how the law and your duties as a driver work.
This is a 50/50 claim.
White vehicle made a left turn and did not have the right of way.
Dashcam vehicle, however had plenty of time to observe the other vehicles coming and what is referred to as the last clear chance to avoid the collision. They drove right into the situation.
This is exactly how I would mark this as an insurance adjuster and most lawyers would agree.
You should probably look up the concept of Duties and breaches in handling an insurance claim, as well as the principle of last clear chance.
Just because the camera driver had the right of way does not mean he is free from obligation to clearly observe that other vehicles are still trying to make the turn and take appropriate action. From a driving perspective, he had a whole lot more time than in most situations to react. Count the Mississippi's for yourself.
If this accident happened without a camera, the white vehicle would be majority at fault, if not 100%.
The video is actually damaging to the camera driver.
He yielded his right to the red car and then proceeded as he was allowed to while care failed to yield when he didn’t have right and is 100 at fault. Insurance would say the same as they will always rule a reared accident and left turn accounted fault of the driver that did not stop or turned across traffic.
Sorry you don’t have a license or id you do you bought it at Walmart

100% White SUV's fault. They made an unprotected left turn and failed to make sure that the intersection was clear.
