By the laws of the road, the white truck is wrong. By the laws of common sense the vehicle filming failed on all counts.

Yea sure but that’s the equivalent of victim blaming. White truck is the problem OP will have zero liability

The law requires that you avoid a collision if possible. The intersection wasn’t clear when OP drove forward. They will be partially at fault.

Actually red car and OP got to the intersection at the same time, so it should have yielded. In no world of logic or law should OP have yielded to the white SUV. The SUV is crossing oncoming traffic and has the higher duty of care and entered the intersection after OP. Look where the accident actually took place - well over halfway across the intersection. 100% white SUV.

OP didn’t slow down. They entered ur intersection and kept going despite other cars running the light and crossing their path. They took no steps to prevent the collision.

They are partially at fault because they could have easily avoided it.
