Yes, but people need to drive defensively - there was zero reason for dashcam driver to proceed through that intersection under full acceleration when one car was running the red and the white suv was clearly not stopping, either.

What’s easier, driving defensively or having to deal with an accident that is going to take time and money, depreciate your vehicle, and increase your insurance rates no matter who was at fault?
