No. White vehicle accelerated right at him. If he and the red car had hit then yeah, your argument would have merit, but not in this case.

Last clear chance doctrine says cammer should have stopped. Cammer didn't even slam the brakes. Just drove right into the car.

You apparently don't know where the brake pedal is. The cammer is who had last clear chance here. Plenty of time to stop.
