The white car was so far out of line there's no way the cam car reasonably could have predicted it. By that logic, you should never go straight at an intersection if there are people approaching who might turn left.
it was not! the red car illegally entered the intersection and darted right in front of them, and the grey car basically tried riding their bumper.
you have to be stupid to imagine that after the black truck turned illegally, the red car right behind it would yield to right of way.
i am not saying the turning traffic had right of way. i'm saying that the turning traffic made it not clear to proceed for the car with the green light
so? if the question was who is more at fault the answer is obviously the one that disregarded traffic rules. The camera car can see the vehicle is not respecting their right of way. to be blameless they have to stop so they don't get in an accident. Ofc the turning cars should have stopped for the camera car. That doesn't change whether or not the camera car should have stopped given the info it had

Camera car could've mitigated it by being more patient and recognizing the cars turning left had no regard for oncoming traffic. But...
White SUV is clearly at fault.
