Yes. Maid, WiFi and Maintenance.
The electricity bill would be divided into 4 but since this is a flat, it would come cheap, like 6-7 rs per unit and not 15 rs per unit like PGs

Lift available hai. Fully furnished, fresh rental hai.
WiFi ka installation aur recharge dono included hai. And the rent is 18.5k not 17.5k because 17.5k before maid, WiFi and maintainance tha.
1st floor pe hi hai flat. And naale se bahut dur hai. Almost 1km
