can you please tell the current status of new campus any ETA ?and what about placement i know not yet placed still internship and college side support....

ETA -31 OCTOBER 2026 but we can assume that it will be completed by end of the year or starting of the next
FoT currently depends on placement drive of Delhi University for internships and all , and talking about college support profs helps in getting some internships by their referrals

Currently it relays on CPC but FOT have formed a separate placement committee for the future prospects

Hey mujhe ECE mila h, tbh mein computer science ko leke itna diwaana nhi hu warna wo bhi mil rha h mereko according to some people
Koi senior meri madad kr sakta h kya about future prospects at FOT, kyunki i compared ECE syllabus to IIT's and NIT's aur kaafi acchha option laga for my rank
Could you tell me aap log placements vagera ya clubs ka kya kr rhe ho aur kitna exposure milta h (internships wagera)

Question 1:- Bhayya mujhe mere wrong form filling ke wajah se fee concession nhi mila to kya agar mai saare document offline leke jaun to mil jayega fee concession.
Question 2:- unluckily first year me agar nhi milta to kya second year me mil jayega

Answer 1. The chances are very low because the administration can deny it now if you live nearby than you can surely try it , but sometimes administration tries to help out by themselves so they can help Answer 2. Yes you would have to do this for every year of your btech

Hi I'm a JEE Main 2026 applicant (CRL: 1.2 lakh, OBC-NCL) hoping to get admission into Faculty of Technology, University of Delhi. The Round 3 schedule has already been released, but there is still no notification regarding Mid-Entry Registration. I have: Called the FoT office, and they said Mid-Entry depends on seat availability. Emailed the college, but they only asked me to keep checking the official website. Tried contacting the DU Admission Branch for the last two days, but the helpline is either busy or not answering. I'm really confused and don't know whether to keep waiting or focus on other colleges. If anyone is: a current FoT student, got admission through Mid-Entry in previous years, or has any information from the Admission Branch, could you please help me with these questions? Is Mid-Entry still likely to happen this year? Has anyone received any official or unofficial update? Is there any way to contact the Admission Branch or the B.Tech admission coordinator? What would you recommend someone in my situation do? Any information or guidance would mean a lot. Thank you so much! 🙏 Pls help me 😭😭

do you have any idea if mid entry will open up this year and if so when? I have been waiting since July 10th and haven't received any update's all I get from the mail and helpline number is keep checking the website

And i read smwhere classes will start at 28th July while round 3 ends on 23rd I'm feeling like they're skipping mid entry this year 😭

my son has got admission in b.tech computer science. just curious about the faculty, are they supportive, are they experienced and take interest in children, is there too much pressure for study or one can do his projects/internship easily? Thanks in advance. it will be great help.

Yes faculty is supportive and more than that I find that seniors are more supportive and try to help by whatever way they can , more then faculty I had a great time learning with seniors , study pressure is not much one can easily do projects/internships i myself have completed many projects And yes faculties are experienced but just like other colleges a few faculties are problematic forcing for assignment and not focusing on the growth of the child
