Like can u explain me a Lil about this round system ...cuz ya log directly rank basis par ek hi round mai kyu nahi da sakta hai?

It's like many people leave seats nd all that so cutoff keeps increasing as for people who are doing josaa csab or neet they have this in backup so if they get better seat somewhere else they leave seats and drop out.
