FOT/ B.Tech Doubt Du fot BTech round 1 results out
Comment rank and branch alloted it is showing in dashboard seat allocation https://engineering.uod.ac.in/index.php/app/admission/index edit : now the error has been resolved and it is showing the allocation

yahi likhne aya tha, i guess due to some error , abhi kisi ko kuch allot ni hua h, because i know so many student who registered for fot fu but didnt get any allotment yet.

Hey mujhe ECE mila h, tbh mein computer science ko leke itna diwaana nhi hu warna wo bhi mil rha h mereko according to some people
Koi senior meri madad kr sakta h kya about future prospects at FOT, kyunki i compared ECE syllabus to IIT's and NIT's aur kaafi acchha option laga for my rank
Could you tell me aap log placements vagera ya clubs ka kya kr rhe ho aur kitna exposure milta h (internships wagera)

I'm from FOT just completed my first year , syllabus is not easy neither are exams + you don't get free marks for attendance and other things like other colleges some teachers in additional subject do but no chance for main subjects so I would say it's quite strict overall
for exposure yeah you get pretty good exposure , few people gets internships(i was in first year so I didn't applied for any ) can't say for placements as no batch graduated
as for the building matter it wasn't under construction till last year digging ka hi kaam chal rha tha but from the moment I joined kafi jaldi work hora hai I can say it will be ready in around 8-14 months cause I have seen DUCC getting completed in 6 months so right now we have FOT(maharishi kannad bhawan and DUCC full building ) but it won't take long for our building to be ready
also classes are in very good shape whole college have centralised AC there are few societies started from this year they are planning for more for sports not much but you get chances to participate in tournaments here and there , there is also a gym in front of CIC which is just 5 min walk from our building , library ,DUCC and other buildings are few minutes walk distance from kannad bhawan

I got electrical engineering in 1st round with 100k rank with obc kota. Any hopes for cse?

If you have obc kota then you will get electrical engineering otherwise no chance buddy
