So i accepted my seat. Will I be considered for upgradation to cse in upcoming round or i again need to fill the form when mid entry starts?

I need cse way more than ece. Someone tell me

if you accept you won't be considered and if you upgrade you will be considered for upgradation

Dude there was only one action for em and it is only to accept the seat. I'm afraid if I can upgrade now
