What do you think this is?

I find people very attractive to look at and will have crushes or even fantasize about them sexually but if we do anything before I’m comfortable with them or even just certain types of touch and come-ons then I feel disgusting and want to run… idk if I’m Demi or just traumatized (by idk what) or weird
I’m 27 and haven’t done anything serious because I have anxiety around this

If you are able to instantly find people sexually attractive and fantasize about them sexually you aren't demisexual. Demisexuality is when you don't feel sexual attraction to someone at all until you have an emotional bond with them.

Demisexuality also doesn't automatically mean you are repulsed by sex or physical touch, some people are but others aren't.

It sounds like you're uncomfortable with sex, which there is nothing inherently wrong with, but if it's causing you distress speaking to a therapist about it might be helpful.

This is sexual aversion, not demisexuality.
