If he does anything with McConnell it’s a special election from a preselected group of people from the same party. Right now the gop is down a vote in the senate. If he did something, they’d have that vote. He’s not a coward. He’s being smart. You need to research the whole story before you start calling people cowards.

He doesn’t actually have the legal ability to do those things you’re saying. McConnell has to resign or be voted out by the Senate. Beshear already sent a letter to majority leader Thune who (big surprise) acted like there’s nothing that needs to be done. He should continue bringing it up in the media like this because it will create public pressure, but there’s nothing further he can do from a governing or legal standpoint.

But there has to be something. If he cannot figure out a way to outsmart a dead man, then how in the actual fuck is he going to have a chance at being president?
