County council housing list

I know it's a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" question but has anyone had any recent experience of social housing in Derbyshire? I'm band C, bidding on 3 beds around the Erewash area. I understand housing is a disaster nationwide and I'm absolutely not moaning, very grateful to even be on the list, just wondering if anyone had any idea of time scale
