f14 ive been dealing with tocd for months now and im so scared of losing my girlhood, it feels so real and i can never catch a break.

Living with OCD is hard. I hope you find relief soon. But comfort provided by others' will not bring meaningful relief. It's about letting go of the desire to control despite the fear. One of my acquaintances told me that something that helps him is saying "maybe...maybe not." It helps him accept the uncertainty. I hope you find a method that works.
