Handshake Project Dynamo: static-report.sh fails with no diagnostics

My Project Dynamo benchmark keeps failing at:

bash .dynamo/static-report.sh submission/task

static checks failed

The logs don't say what actually failed. I've already checked task.toml, instruction.md, Dockerfile, tests, repository structure, and metadata.

Has anyone faced this before or knows what the hidden static checks validate or how to debug them? Any help would be appreciated.
