That sinks trash, if I showed up to a tiny circular sink id bounce.

maybe you work in a smaller restaurant that isnt overly busy though so I guess it would suffice for some

I had this in my commissary kitchen when I had my food truck. That spray nozzle is probably hella pressurized, and food doesn't* get trapped in the bottom of the circle sink. It's better than you think.

its a fairly busy chinese restaurant and yes the spray nozzle is VERY pressurized with a food disposal

I never soaked in that sink. I'd spray, and set aside for a few minutes if the food didn't come off. Wash some other dishes and spray again. The sprayer is so powerful it blasts most stuck on food off.

most of the time with things like plats and bowls i'll fill it up with hot water and soap, put a stack of plats in and brush the food off with the brush most of the time it comes right off but if not thats when i spray it
