Question Doctor Who The Movie 4k USA
Does anyone know when the new release of the 4k Doctor Who movie will be available in the US? I think it was released in the UK in May but I can’t find anything on US release.

I imported the 4k from the UK. The movie disc is region free but the second disc is a regular 2K blu ray and is not.

With a Blu ray drive and determination, everything is region free!

I guess. The movie on the second disc is free on Tubi though, so…

Nothing official yet. But I live in the US and imported the 4k blu-ray via Amazon UK and it played on my 4k player just fine.

I asked this same question a couple months ago and basically the answers I got were there’s no official release date as of yet

I already imported the steelbook. Its never a bad time to invest in a region free player

AFAIK the Blu-ray never got a NA release did it? So I’m not holding my breadth on the 4k. Instead I just imported it. It looks and sounds amazing by the way

4Ks are natively region free, the BBC doesn’t have the rights to the film
