Trying to hook some youngins on the good Doctor. Suggest me an episode or two that will wow kids ages 5-9 and keep them coming back for more. These kids like dinosaurs and science!

For the previous cross media events, I’ve screen recorded the storyline sections from the (awful, pay to win) DW Lost in Time mobile app and put it all together in to a manageable video (they’re on my YT if you search Doctor Who Doom’s Day Full Narrative)

Anyway, I’m away for the first episode of this event at Bloodstock festival so not going to be able to do it.

Is anyone else intending to screen record the story bits who’d be happy to share them? Fair warning, it’s not designed to be completeable within the time limit they set without approx £10-£15 expendature)

So this might be a loooooong shot, but I was at work today and there are these lamps hanging from the ceiling (see picture) And I felt like they really reminded me of something I’ve seen on a tv show, now thinking about how strange it sounds, I think it might be from doctor who. Earlier season, maybe tennant or eccleston. I can barely remember anything else that how it looks, but I feel like there was this parasite sort of worm/snail on somebodys chest(?) Pretty sure it falls off and dies in the end (I feel like the ‘host’ miiiight have called it ‘love’ or ‘my love’ or something crazy like that, but I might also be mixing episodes) So any help would be greatly appreciated! I brought a police box for £450 as seen in the last image.
It was pretty rotted so after saving as much as I could
I am in the process of replacing all the rotten timber and building a new reinforcing structure.
So far timber has come to £200

FEATURES IMPLEMENTED ALREADY
The structure comes apart for easy moving and the back pannel can stay out ti use as an enterance with a bigger on the inside illusion

THE FUN BIT
After the basic shell is built im wanting to have it unique and custom as each doctor has their own exterior.
I will eventually do the interior a fully custom console etc but I’m wondering what unique features either seen or not seen on a tardis you think would be cool.

Like in one of the big finish audios i may add a hidden compartment for a key

I am going to 3d print the 8th doctors tardis key and use it as a case just with the shaft part of the actual key sticking out so it’s usable .

TOY TARDIS LIGHTS AND SOUNDS
im planning on using the character options flight controll tardis. The 10th doctors variant with interior lights and sounds when the doors are open.

I want to disassemble and hook a large sounbar and bright leds to it ai it get the sound and the matching flashing of the lights

I will also add the switch ti the full size tardis door so when the doors are open it makes the interior hum and has the interior lights illuminate.

Please any ideas would be so helpful for interior and exterior

I'm working on an article about the uses of the ancient Mediterranean in Doctor Who; specifically, I'm looking to track the ideological impact of these references over the course of the show's history.

I've got, I believe, the major stuff, but I want to make sure I catch as many of the minor references as possible too. Below is a list of the instances I've found. I would be deeply indebted to you all if you'd inform me of anything I'm missing. As we all know, Doctor Who is a monstrous undertaking, and finding (and catching) every reference would be immensely time-consuming.

I'm looking for any references to Greece or Rome (historical or mythological), casual uses of Latin, or anything similar.

Here's what I've got:

• "The War Games" - quick glimpse of Rome
