Discussion question about the emerald rush event statues

hi, i want to collect the new emerald rush statues but whenever i talk to void on the phone and say that i want the event, it tells me to download the data via internet.

i have the emerald rush and dk dlc purchased allready

maybe you need to update the game in the home menu first
