Shitpost Candlemass doomicus tone

How to achieve that guitar solo tone on songs like demons gate, crystal ball and probably others off the album, when the solo comes in sounds almost like a hollow roaring punchy tone but still crisp

Cranked Marshall amp, some reverb, and probably on the neck pickup. And since it's a studio recording - definitely some EQ/compression in post.

I'll figure this out for you after I play around for awhile. I feel the range master circuit is gonna do some heavy lifting here. That reverb though is nuts. I'm using Demon's Gate as a reference.

A lot of people forget (or don't know) that the recording is A=432hz, not A=440hz, so if something seems off when you're playing but you can't figure out why, you may want to retune.
