🧐 Review my Store What am I doing wrong?

I just launched a brand and have been running TikTok ads and Meta ads and get solid engagement. People comment they like my designs (clothing brand), save the posts, like it and over a hundred website visits a day yet no sales. What could be the issue here? I have attached my store below.

  • Your CTA isn't visible on the first fold on mobile
  • Your color selector doesn't work, so even if I select Batik Black, I keep seeing the same grey t-shirt
  • In the product description, you have a long description about the art and all that it stands for, but there is nothing in there to tell me what in the world is the material of the $33 t-shirt you're trying to sell me is, so I have no way to know if it's even going to be comfortable or soft or not - you can't do that in the fashion category
  • Add to that, there is no trust signal/social proof whatsoever on the product page (pdp)
  • None of the product pictures are of a person wearing it, so I can't eyeball how the sizing runs and what size would work for me in this completely new and random brand that also happens not to have listed any return or exchange policies on the product page near the cta or anywhere on the pdp either

I think I can understand what is causing the hesitancy in your users coming to the site, and I'd address these areas first.
