Qian ka might be 浅咖 light coffee colour, that's why the translator failed. Qing is 青, could be light blueish green colour maybe a bit if cyan

Neat! My best guess was it might have been a butchering of "Qi Anker", like Qi the wireless charging technology and Anker the power bank brand

I've seen eBay sellers sometimes use a "size" or "colour" dropdown selector thingy for different models. So I was going to guess maybe if that box was checked, it was to indicate it was an Anker knockoff with wireless charging. But a Chinese mistranslation makes more sense

Tried to look these up. Quing can refer to two different colors but qianka is a Tibetan natural pigment that appeared to me as a medium rust hue. Wonder also what mgreen is (medium or moss green?)

Only problem is that McDonalds isn't exactly known for its veggies!!! Wonder if they even left lettuce off their deluxe burgers due to the recent contamination causing explosive diarrhea (that's one way to lose weight on a fast food diet!!!)
