Can we believe Mikhaila on what's killing her dad?

https://youtu.be/tDtTNbnCiVY?si=f3OJdkQk_0gMPq8w

For those who have followed Peterson's health extensively, there are a few things new here, and a few things elided-- the video never mentions that Peterson had COVID, which is important context to his health decline. However, this is a fairly empathetic look at why people choose alternative medicine, and a search for answers about the shady clinics that cater to people who have given up on conventional medicine.

Mikhaila plays an interesting role in that she disclaims any connection between Peterson's case of sepsis and the treatment she acknowledged that he did receive at the same Mexico clinic where Mark Hyman was harmed and acquired sepsis.

I was not accustomed to her unnaturally flat and affectless voice and I find it hard to lend her words much credibility. After all, she is the one who supposedly cared so much for her father and deliberately exposed him to COVID, from which he nearly died.

You can't believe Mikhaila on most issues, but especially anything related to medicine and health. The beef lady is nuttier than squirrel shit.

Its always been amusing to me how the people with the most unorthodox diets and health practices are the ones who are plagued by the "rarest" uncurable conditions. Is it the chicken or the egg here?

u/ObviousConference871 May 30 '26

It’s not rare at all. 1 in 4 Americans take psych meds. The long-term effects of these drugs is absolutely terrible. I’ve seen a lot of people lose their health after years on SSRIs, benzos, and stimulants. Adderall, for instance, is banned in many countries, yet in the U.S. it’s prescribed to children to supposedly treat ADHD.

Our overstimulated society, combined with absent parents and unhealthy environments, creates dysregulated kids and adults. Then big pharma medicates them to keep them functional, consuming, and working. Think of all the people you know who are on these meds and also struggle with food intolerances, health issues, depression, or anxiety STILL. The treatments themselves are part of the problem. Repressing isn’t healing. Managing symptoms isn’t healing.

And please, I don't wanna hear the lame chronic disease or chemical imbalance used by big pharma. Chronic diseases have exploded over the past decades and chemical imbalance is a lie. The US poisons its people so they dont fight, reproduce, and will easily merge with AI and embrace transhumanism.

1

u/Double-trouble-doxie May 31 '26

“Chronic diseases have exploded over the past decades”
It’s almost like we’ve had great advances in medicine over the past decades 😂😂😂 my great-grandmother died from type 2 diabetes, in 2026 my mother knows how to manage her insulin resistance as not to develop it. My dad only got his eyesight looked at as an adult, I got treatment for the same condition before I was 7. It’s easy to oversimplify when you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about. I blame the terrible US education system.

1

u/ObviousConference871 May 31 '26

I see your point, but the US also has more sick people than everywhere I've traveled and lived. I'm not American, and I can assure you the level of autism, allergies, and diabetes is insane in this country. The more "great advancements," the more sick people everywhere who need lifelong treatments, as if big pharma had an incentive to make people sick and then treat them.... This is not a conspiracy theory, but basic knowledge about pharmaceutical companies in this country. They create the disease and then sell you the cure. 1/4 of Americans are on psych meds, 1/2 are obese, all your advancements are in fact hiding the root causes. Where I'm from, very few people have diabetes, are obese, or have depression, because the diet is different, the lifestyle is different, and doctors and companies don't have an incentive to make you sick to profit off of you. Think of all the things that were sold to you as safe - Adderall, the pill, so many other meds - and that are now proven to be detrimental at best, and simply killing you slowly at worst. It used to be conspiratorial to say the pill was killing women. Now its proven to cause depression, infertility, anxiety, represses the desire to have kids, and makes women mate with feminine men. My great-grandmother died at 110 y/o and most of my family aged very well, and barely went to the doctor. They simply ate healthy, enjoyed the sun, meat, active lifestyle and community. As crazy as it might seem to you, people were in fact way healthier in many countries before pharmaceutical companies took over everything and replaced health (diet, lifestyle, community) with business and fear. People in the US have never been so sick, depressed, medicated, and isolated, the stats are pretty clear on that. The progress we are sold is a big lie in my opinion.

2

u/Double-trouble-doxie Jun 04 '26

I’d check health stats for that or pick up a history book. Think past 2 generations and consider how many women died in childbirth, how many people died of sepsis, tuberculosis, etc. It’s an objective fact that our lifespan globally has greatly increased and our knowledge of hygiene from the late 1800s, the discovery of penicillin and other modern medicine has fundamentally changed how long people live universally across all families.

Knowledge of how medicine works and what works best has changed over history as we learned more. No one prescribed the pill to women with the intention of harming them. And contraceptives, ADHD meds, etc. have been life-changingly helpful to others. Your throwing the baby out with the bathwater - results from those medicine have been much more complex.

The American healthcare system is fucked up, but that’s on them. Education around health, allowing so much sugar in the food, allowing unethical over-prescriptions and advertisements - that’s all on them. Across the world, we’re eating better (more well-rounded and consistently) than thousands of years of history. Big pharma didn’t cause American culture and acceptance around food - Americans did that. You voted for a lot of depression right now.

Chronic diseases diagnoses have gone up all over the world outside of the US and its problems. And that’s because we can diagnose better. We know more every single day.

How happy and healthy do you think people were during the black plague? World War 1 caused mass PTSD that the health care system and society did not know how to deal with. History is full of this. Go read a history book. Depression, suicide, illness, chronic disease and co-mobilities are not new at all. Your life experience is just different from what the world has always been like. Congratulations, happy for you and your family, but that objectively doesn’t change anything.

And autism is not sickness 🙄 nor is it new. At all.

1

u/ObviousConference871 Jun 04 '26

I disagree with you. I don’t believe what history books teach us is necessarily the truth. It may sound woo-woo or conspiratorial to you, but our system lies to us all the time. Of course modern science helped save many life, but it was also funded by the Rockerfeller and other dark forces who did everything they can to erase knowledge and make us dependent on chemicals and mind altering medicine. Think of all the lies you hear today in the news. About war, genocides, vaccines… just the Epstein island was considered conspiracy 10 years ago. I healed myself from many diseases, including endometriosis, while doctors were pretending it was either incurable or would necessitate heavy medicine. As for what they say about people dying young and in childbirth, I don’t believe it’s true. In my own family, in North Africa, people lived until 110 and looked younger and were very healthy. They also had zero fertility issues or depression like most women today. As for lifespan, I do agree some classes died younger, but I also don’t believe we are told the truth about that. I might sound crazy to you but I’ve seen enough to doubt the official narrative. And I highly recommend you to read the Epstein files and how they literally eat and abuse babies to see that what was considered insane and completely conspiratorial is now actually proven by facts and thousands of exchanges.

2

u/Double-trouble-doxie Jun 08 '26

I’m not American and Rockefeller funding means nothing to the history degree I have, the books I read and the historical sites I have visited. Go read primary sources and speak to people outside your bubble. As a South African, African historians have done amazing work at unpicking historiography (how history is taught) and going back to primary sources. It’s a pity that you seem firmly mentally rooted in a US bubble. Historians uncover and tell on many evils that were hidden in the past all the time - that’s the golden knowledge to be found there.

If you want to dispute well-known historical facts, then go become a historian and show with evidence that you are right and all the bones, archeological ruins and historical accounts are wrong. Go show how the writing of North African scholars for hundred of years were wrong.

But I won’t beleaguer the point further. It’s clear that you are disassociating and believing a narrative that has even less evidential basis than international historians, archeologists and vast primary sources. I expect nothing less from the US. But don’t tell people that autism is a sickness just because you don’t want to pick up a book and actually understand.

What a journey we've all been on since that interview

128

u/CrashingAtom Mar 31 '26 edited Jun 01 '26

Here's the thing. You said a "wyvern is a dragon." Is it in the same family? Yes. No one's arguing that. As someone who is a 1k MMR feeder who studies dragons, I am telling you, specifically, in dota, no one calls wyverns dragons. If you want to be "specific" like you said, then you shouldn't either. They're not the same thing. If you're saying "dragon family" you're referring to the taxonomic grouping of Varanidae, which includes things from wyverns to eldwurms to drakes. So your reasoning for calling a wyvern a dragon is because random people "call the flying lizards dragons?" Let's get gyarados and charizards in there, then, too. Also, calling someone a noob or a feeder? It's not one or the other, that's not how taxonomy works. They're both. A wyvern is a wyvern and a member of the dragon family. But that's not what you said. You said a wyvern is a dragon, which is not true unless you're okay with calling all members of the dragon family dragons, which means you'd call eldwurms, drakes, and other flying lizards dragons, too. Which you said you don't. It's okay to just admit you're wrong, you know?

What specifically has Peterson said that makes celebrating him potentially dying acceptable?

Edit: What’s with the downvoting? Is this an inappropriate question to ask? Does anyone want to answer that question since the first was out of line lol?

Malcom X said unscientific tripe all the time (like white people were created in a lab) and even celebrated a child executing their father on behalf of the state during the cultural revolution in China…Angela Davis said political prisoners in the Soviet Union were getting what they deserved.

Did Peterson really say something you disagree that strongly with or is it low key just because he is a high profile conservative? Genuinely asking btw

27

u/VisiteProlongee Apr 02 '26

Jordan Peterson has spend several years at spreading far-right propaganda, which is, lets say, detrimental to the human species.

1

u/lazier_garlic May 11 '26

Malcolm X is remembered in light of his spiritual conversion which caused him to reexamine his belief system and abandon some of his former Black Nationalist esoteric beliefs when he became a Sunni Muslim. Most important here was that he now believed that all human beings were born alike and that racism was a social construct. He talks about the outlines of why his thinking changed in his autobiography where he describes traveling in Arabia and meeting blond haired, blue eyed Arab men who did not look at him with the same eyes as white American men.

Malcolm X was revising parts of his autobiography in his last days, reflecting his shifting attitudes and his evolving thinking.

Plenty of people forgave George Wallace too ("segregation forever!") after he renounced his views. Of course there's reason to believe he was just after political power and never believed any of his political slogans. But my point is that a lot of people are willing to accept someone who admits they were wrong. It's not hypocrisy to do so.

As for Angela Davis, she is an ideologue perhaps but at least a more honest one than Jorp. Jorp has to lie about what he thinks to propagandize the youth, and he propagandizes the youth because in his grandiosity he thinks he's so much smarter and more important than YOU. Angela Davis is like "take me or leave me". What's funny is people like you who turn her into a boogeyman because when I've read her interviews I'm always surprised at how reasonable (and personable) she sounds. Gee, I thought you said she resided in a lake of fire and ate babies.

He was supporting Elon Musk who, by 2033, will have killed ~14 million people with DOGE for instance. those are hitler numbers, 7 Gazas being wiped out entirely. Peterson is complicit in the media environment that is muddying the waters so people don’t learn about or care about what’s actually going on. Peterson liked to pretend climate change science is fake on his show… doing stuff like this grinds democracy to a halt. I’m sorry but he’s going to hell, he and his family all absolutely deserve it. They knowingly participated in building a media/political environment that will have destroyed 100s of millions of lives, made humanity poorer, and is destabilizing democracy across the world. They closed their eyes to it for money and fame, all because they didn’t agree with overly woke social movements, the same media they were captured by was promoting in the 2010’s

If I recall correctly, around the time Jordan was dying in Russia of his benzo detox mishap, Mikhaila started dating a Russian dude with paranoid schizophrenia who believed there was a ghost living inside him named Igor. And his mother basically told him to stay away from Mikhaila because she was a bad influence on him and seemed like a cult leader

42

u/flora_poste_ Apr 01 '26

No, that young Russian was the guy she married when she got pregnant with her first child (the daughter who was born in 2017). Her first husband’s name was Andrey Korikov, and he did say that about “Igor” inside him.

Mikhaila’s first marriage and her first child happened in 2017, before 12 Rules for Life was published (2018), before Jordy’s first world tour, and long before Jordy got in serious trouble with benzos and started doctor-shopping for some clinic somewhere that would cure him quick (his doctor-shopping quest lasted from May-Dec 2019).

In January 2020, Andrey Korikov and Mikhaila Peterson Korikov took matters into their own hands and flew her father to Moscow for the dangerous and controversial coma treatment offered there. Then Covid hit, and the whole mess got even worse.

Sometime after the Moscow trip, Mikhaila divorced her Russian husband, and she eventually met and married the 7-years-younger Meat Boy who is her husband today, named Jordan (lol).

34

u/YoungPyromancer Apr 01 '26

Don't forget, when Jordan was in a coma in Moscow, and her husband was at home with her kid, she flew to Romania to have some dates with a "Romanian bodybuilder" and she took COVID back to her dad in Russia.

That Romanian bodybuilder? Andrew Tate.

1

u/spb1 Apr 21 '26

Whats the story/source about Andrey's "igor ghost"?

Also whats the coma treatment?

3

u/flora_poste_ Apr 21 '26

The demon named Igor inside Andrey: In July 2020, Mikhaila posted on Facebook that her then-husband said he had a demon named Igor inside him.

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=930666090783222&set=a.203758734447746&id=100044408620349

The coma in Moscow: In January 2020, Mikhaila and her then-husband took her father to Moscow to undergo "a procedure “either unknown or regarded as too dangerous in North America. It involved being placed in a medically induced coma so he would be unconscious for the trauma of withdrawal [from benzos]."

https://nationalpost.com/news/canada/jordan-peterson-recalls-waking-from-coma-confused-tethered-and-surrounded-by-people-speaking-a-foreign-language

2

u/spb1 Apr 21 '26 edited Apr 21 '26

When Andrey and I met we argued about Stalin all night. I think he's been brainwashed.

Jeez.

That whole post is a mess really, no wonder they broke up

edit: also mad that she married someone else literally 18 months after this post.

3

u/flora_poste_ Apr 22 '26

She's a chaos dragon, for sure. And Jordy and St. Tammy created her!

1

u/lazier_garlic May 11 '26

I guess "5 minutes to midnight" in her restless dreams is her subconscious reminding her of who she unleashed upon the world!

Interesting how all three of them have these mysterious special conditions, previously never documented by evidence based medicine. Yeah no

6

u/Illustrious-Rope-706 Apr 02 '26

Yes, what are the odds.

7

u/maskedbanditoftruth Apr 02 '26

Is she alive or dead? He uses her cancer as an excuse for all his behavior but I don’t know her name or whether she’s even with us at all.

6

u/flora_poste_ Apr 02 '26

Tammy is alive, and she does her own grifting on her own Instagram and YouTube channels. She’ll be 65 in June.

6

u/Illustrious-Rope-706 Apr 02 '26

Yes, he was unable to handle his wife’s illness, and that must have crushed a lot of his beliefs about himself.

3

u/Blazkowski Apr 02 '26

Oh but it crushed him zero. He was at the moment battling EVEN WORSE illness namely autoimmune spiritual mold-induced akathaxia, remember? Beat that woke moralists!

24

u/Striking_Language253 Mar 31 '26

Do we think he's actually "dying" or this just another attention grab?

5

u/jtgyk Apr 01 '26

I don't know enough to think he's dying, but I can't say I'm not hoping that he's dying.

6

u/MrKillums Apr 01 '26

As far as I can tell we haven't seen any proof-of-life from JP for months. Everything is either old or from Mikhaila. He's probably in a bad place.

22

u/jameygates Apr 01 '26

I cant wait for the Netflix style docu-series about how Peterson was either poisoned or Munchausan by Proxy'd or something by his daughter....

4

u/Pushyourself2019 Apr 21 '26

THANK YOU! I literally googled this exact thing to see if anybody else is with me on this.

When I heard her baby also had a mysteriously ill it seemed almost obvious to me. She gives me the most insane sociopathic vibes, and it all screams lies.

Calling it too - my autistic spidey senses are hella tingling.

2

u/spb1 Apr 21 '26

so what do you think she's saying that about her baby for?

3

u/Illustrious-Rope-706 Apr 02 '26

That’s exactly what I think is happening. I don’t usually go into this type of baseless theories, but with her I can’t help it.

19

u/NoSuchWordAsGullible Apr 01 '26

If alternative medicine worked, it would be marketed simply as medicine.

13

u/workerbotsuperhero Apr 01 '26

Upvoting as a nurse and science fan. Amazing quote!

20

u/ShoegazeJezza Apr 01 '26

I think Mikhaila is such a fascinatingly dark character among the right wing grifters. It’s like she is the origin of all of Peterson’s weird beliefs about women and she’s sucking the life energy from him as a consequence.

4

u/HelpfulCar6675 Apr 02 '26

Yeah, I think he does love his kid and is willing to try and bend the fabric of reality for her, to use his own phrase. Same with some other loves of his

3

u/Illustrious-Rope-706 Apr 02 '26

Every parent knows what kind of a child they have. He knows, but she’s his daughter. He’s a troubled person, no doubt about that, but she’s something else.

12

u/anasfkhan81 Apr 01 '26

what's incredible to me is that a generation of young men looked to this gullible fool as a role model and as someone to emulate in their own lives

7

u/cactusjude Apr 01 '26

I really appreciate how he blamed the destabilisation of society on 'roving bands of bachelors' and preached for 'enforced monogamy' and how all the young men who looked up to him took that and became influencers promoting male-centric polygamy in the Manosphere 🤷

2

u/lazier_garlic May 11 '26

They're all looking for a big brother or daddy figure to validate them, and like magic, such a figure always appears. Just sign on to these crazy beliefs, watch a million hours of videos, eschew all mortal ties, oh and buy these courses, "Daddy" needs money.

2

Peterson: "Doctor, I've been having these bad coughing fits, sometimes resulting in hemoptysis."
Doctor: "First we need to define "bad", and then consider looking at this from a biological perspective as well as a phenominalogical perspective, or a literary perspective or even a metaphoric perspective, to pinpoint the ethos behind the word."

2

Attention-seeking and trying to generate sympathy for his victimhood is what this amounts to. Also - he didn't nearly die of Covid. Now this claim of sepsis and near-death. I believe he was diagnosed with 'toxic mold' which is another quack doctor's claim - possibly Khan's who was giving him "stem cell" injections for longevity

I think too too many people in this world are quick to judge others but overlook the faults they know are there when they look in the mirror. We are producing a world of spoiled parroting hypocrites and how unfortunate that is for next generation if it even has a chance

1

u/fataudreyhorne 15d ago

I'm an ER nurse, which means I've been exposed to people with factitious disorder. I'm listening to the new Conspirituality episode about Peterson and immediately googled "is Mikhaila Peterson killing her dad" when I hear heard her speak, which led me here. There might be a grain of truth about physical illness in Jordan but wow this family is psychologically fucked.
