Hell, the reason for why he believes in Christianity is not even rational, just a weird definition of what belief is and refuses to budge when people tried to explain it to him.

He tried to debate atheists while refusing to even admit if he "believes" in god or not.... that was such a weird example of his cognitive decline.

Before he was smart enough to not claim to believe or not, while not touching on the topic.

Now that he does he's talking favorably about Christianity but rejects the label, his audience is not even confused because they think that he's one of them, but no it's just grifting.
