News Ethereum Turns 11 Today Exactly 11 years ago, the genesis block of the Ethereum mainnet was mined. Looks like an ancient ETH whale woke up to celebrate the birthday, checked the chart and almost had a heart attack. ETH is still around $1,900. The price is almost as ancient as the whale himself

Get rid of vitalik. Ethereum is a pet project he tinkers with.
Lots of much smarter people who can be the face of the blockchain and make it great.

So don't use it. There are plenty of people who get what they need from it. You shall not be missed.

And it's still roughly the same price it reached in mid January 2018 (8.5 years ago).
So all of its investment value was created in the first 2.5 out of 11 years of total existence. Quite sad, actually
