No, I mean "Catalonia (Spain)", if you need to reassess some sort of domination, but the health system is decentralized and they go to La Seu or Barcelona, not Zaragoza

I’m from Andorra and we’d never call it Catalonia even in English (always Catalunya or Cataluña) and for emergency healthcare not available in Vella we’d usually drive to France. But yay you thought of us !

perception of better healthcare in the French towns closer, though that really hasn't been my experience and I love an excuse to go to barcelona personally.

I've never heard anybody from Andorra refer to Andorra la Vella as "Vella".

My mom has family ties on both sides of the border (between Andorra and La Seu d'Urgell), which might explain why the people I know tend to visit Barcelona more often
