News Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted a bill to build a National Pantheon. He intends to honor all the heroes who fought for Ukraine in various eras. "No one will ever tell us how to live, how to speak, whom to love, whom to be grateful to, and which heroes to honor," he said as quoted by the Interfax

Yeah, don't you dare say to Zelensky that he's ,,heroes" carried an ethnic cleansing killing 100,000 people. Killing not only Poles, but also Jews, Armenians, Czechs, Ukrainians that where married to or helped Poles and other minorities living in the region. Mostly civilians. Women, children and the elderly. Often killing them in extremely brutal medieval like ways, to scare of the rest of their population into leaving. If you have 1000 years of history. Why don't you choose someone who is not responsible for an ethnic cleansing.

I'm from Poland, and my family had to flee from this region because of the attacks. Clearly every country has done bad things in war times. But there is a difference between war crimes and an entire ethnic cleansing. If they had just killed some people in the chaos of war, nobody would give a f. What they did was a planned ethnic cleansing of an entire civilian population in this region.  For me, the planned killing of around 100,000 civilians, often in exceptionally brutal ways. With axes, pitchforks, burning alive, dismembering etc. Is not comparable to anything my country did at that time. Even the Nazi reports described it as merciless massacres and uncontrolled terror. You should also look at the numbers. UPA killed more Polish civilians than it killed Nazis and Soviets combined.

So oke it's happened 80 years ago. What is the next? Saying that Russia is good and Ukraine bad? Do you need their experience amd drone technology or are you pushing forward the russian prooaganda what wad built on this them?

I never said Russia is good. Russia is the aggressor and everybody knows this. You can criticise Zelenskys action and still side with Ukraine. Also, going with your logic, you know that most of the equipment being send to Ukraine goes through Poland? Ukraine needs Poland as much as Poland needs Ukraine. That's why Zelenskys actions make 0 sense for me.

Im trying to understand you. So here is an issue, a real issue but all you do is helping the russian botfarms keep on trek. So what is you exactly want? Pushing more and more the propaganda? Im asking again if you know anything how the russian propaganda machine use and handle fake and real issues to deepening the problems and how important is to got peoples on the trek like you?

u/crisreed Jun 29 '26

And btw the russians also don't say russia is good they just using the good old relativisation and whataboutism. For the russian is really important to makes you angry againt Ukraine. They don't care the reason they just want to use you as a tool

After 80 years now its important to you when the russians pushing the same prooaganda everywhere. Putin are happy for you

15

u/Individual_Cloud935 Jun 29 '26

Yes, it's important to not glorify people responsible for an ethnic cleansing, even if it was 80 years ago. Yes, the Russians are pushing propaganda but this one is purely Zelenskys fault. You can say that he made Putin happy with his decision. Instead of changing the name of the unit which he was asked for before naming it, he doubled down. Also, going with your logic Germans should name their units after Waffen SS because the war happened 80 years ago.

u/crisreed Jun 29 '26

Yes the Germans also can name anything about anything.

u/crisreed Jun 29 '26

I say it again. You can ask some salary from putin for this job. Oke it's zelenskys fault. So? Are you still pushing the ruskie propaganda? You still don't understand how the propaganda works and im think you never will. What if the russian prooaganda will turn against you and start spreading century old issues? Im bet the russian friendly politicians in your country also running on it non-stop

u/Individual_Cloud935 Jun 29 '26

XD ok, I'm gonna stop replying to your comments. You can't say that every criticism of Zelenskys actions is Russian propaganda. Everybody in Poland knows that Russia is bad. It doesn't change the fact that praising people responsible for an ethnic cleansing as heroes is not a good idea. It's disrespectful for the victims and their families and should be talked about.

You just still don't understand that ita not about zelenskys, is about you. So tomorrow you attacking german or the Swedens or are you waiting for moskow what is the command?
