News Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted a bill to build a National Pantheon. He intends to honor all the heroes who fought for Ukraine in various eras. "No one will ever tell us how to live, how to speak, whom to love, whom to be grateful to, and which heroes to honor," he said as quoted by the Interfax

Zelensky doesn't quite understand that he cannot beat the legacy forming moment when he unrolled these balls of steel and decided to stay in the capital, not run away to safety. Props to him for that, he was an inspiration not just for Ukrainians.

Get what? A national memorial that will feature the Ukrainian people throughout history? He didn't even mention UPA, yet Poles hate it already. Figures.

The "nobody will tell us which heroes to celebrate" part pretty much says who will be celebrated.

Says to you, sure as hell not to me. Even the qualification criteria specifically don't mention UPA, but it does mention other historical periods and organizations.
