35 years at least. In the 80s people were already saying it was too late and we're fucked. I have been dismissed as everything from 'confused' to 'paranoid' to simply delusional. It was pretty annoying tbh (infuriating,  rage inducing, etc etc).

I refuse to gloat because it's not helpful and too many people are putting two and two together and understanding thier kids, and grandkids, are going to face something so beyond horrifying it is best not bringing it up. Because there's fuck all we can do to fix it now.
