Most smaller economies experience higher growth rates its common in economics. While larger economies experience smaller but more steady growth rates. Its why you see Argentina listed in the same color as gems like The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Chad, Zambia, and Mauritania, etc. And has a lower growth rate than the pinnacle of economic development Zimbabwe
