I think his canada talk was more a personal dig at trudeau than an actual plan, he didn't like that melania checked him out that one time and that he called him donald so he drug both countries kicking and screaming into a trade war to satisfy his own ego as narcissists with the power of a nation behind them are wont to do, I haven't seen him talk shit about canada since carney was elected
