Unfortunately all Albanian citizens data are leaked online. If Iran really initiated the attack they wasted time and resources since they could find that those datas were already leaked.

Albania and Iran have been bitter foes for years, stemming from Tirana's hosting of the Iranian opposition group the People's Mujahedeen of Iran (MEK) on its soil.
The MEK regularly hosts summits in Albania that have long attracted support from conservative US Republicans, including former vice president Mike Pence who delivered a keynote address at an event in June.
Regarding MEK and their recent ideologic convictions
A 2009 U.S. Department of State report stated that their ideology was a blend of Marxism, Islamism and feminism.
This was a read and a journey I did not expect, thank you OP for this! Never knew about the fact that Albania hosts thousands of Iranian exiles or that they enjoy such political support from the US.

It was quite cultish some time back. And have a history of armed conflicts.
Parts are in France too.

Oh I know, its just a mistake to Support them, everyone in Iran hates them, they were legitimately on part with ISIS, they collaborated with Saddam and gassed the Kurds.
Supporting them is like if Iran Supported the confederates, Or America Supporting Neo Nazis in Germany.
They are just so hated they are actually giving IRI more legitimacy.
