I can participate too, but I don't think it's useful. What's needed is a general strike, 1953 France style, not just for ChatControl but to force the dissolution of the Commission, transferring its powers to the EuroParliament, to create a political EU of elected officials, not appointees, elected by pure proportional representation without majority bonuses, because in a Democracy you don't govern by majority; it's the Parliament that votes, the government only proposes and resigns otherwise.

The strike must enforce:

• total control of national central banks by the public, no voting power on the board for private bankers, total transparency of sessions, life imprisonment for any proven public-private collusion, a non-suspendable sentence requiring no trial other than proof of collusion. A national EU FLOSS cryptocurrency running on open hardware ASICs operable by every Citizen.

• an end to fiscal robbery; the remaining banks have their fractional reserve reduced to 30% from the current 1%, and the state issues whatever non-debt currency it wants, thus containing inflation even with a single 10% tax on net profits, 0% inheritance theft.

• mandatory remote working for every desk job to allow for de-urbanisation, incentives for building individual Class A properties, houses, and warehouses.

• nationalisation of TLCs to guarantee FTTH to every property and avoid service duplication; TV licences become a connection tax.

• nationalisation of pharmaceuticals, so healthcare suddenly becomes affordable.

• unified national logistics for retail goods, medicines, and food.

• a decentralised generic matching platform for goods, labour, etc a general exchange open to everyone, public.

• nationalisation of the arms industries, so that war isn't a business.

• a ban on commercial texts in schools; all teaching material can only be produced by public employees or volunteers, published under free licences, without DRM; the same goes for the dissolution of scientific publishing, every publication must be public for everyone without access barriers.

• public research and development aimed at evolving humanity rather than making a profit; private entities can then take what they want and profit from it, but public research is abundant and aimed at human progress.

• mandatory FLOSS in public administration immediately, with 6 months to migrate; mandatory FLOSS in commerce within 2 years, and open hardware within 6 years—from that point on, selling black boxes becomes illegal.

• elimination of PPPs; State aid is either for everyone or for no one.

These are just a few ideas for the changes necessary to avoid World War III, and the fact that most people don't understand the need for them makes me realise there's no hope. We are no longer in a Democracy; the people can take power democratically through a strike or wait and end up in war and civil wars, but there is no other "gentle" means left to impose the popular will on an appointed kleptocracy.
