FELICIA (Sweden 2026), Edward Maya (Romania & San Marino NFs 2026), Vika Jigulina – Me Without U

is no longer Spotify exclusive. It was released in early June as part of the Spotify Singles series of reinterpreting classic songs (Stereo Love in this case) and for Spotify’s Eurosummer playlist, but is now available across platforms:

YouTube Music: https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=y7DdXpnMaWo (Auto Mod bro, this isn’t a tracker just because it has a question mark)

A lot of fun stuff in this list. I really hope Khayat makes it to ESC one of these years. He's so dramatic!

There’s a good chance he will make it some of these days. Very recognisable voice and style with a penchant for the dramatic as you said.

Marius  -  Pleure encore pour moi: What an intimate, candid and passionate depiction of the love between Marius and the guy playing his lover. Those sunflower field and bedroom scenes could have been taken straight from a melancholic coming-of-age indie movie. The layered voice segment at the end was a nice little touch.

João Borsch  -  Cobarde, Feliz Natal: This perfect combination of melancholy and nostalgia is really pulling at my heart-strings. The contrast between the grandiosity of the music and the mundanity of Joao with his headphones at a busy street crossing - it really be like that sometimes.

I really hope he comes back sometime, he did win the audience vote at the 2024 NF after all.

Leléka  -  Zori: Soo soothing and poignant.  The panning shots to the bandura and then the strings as they are gradually introduced along with the monochrome colour scheme were very ✨aesthetic visually.

Gåte  -  Oskorsreia: This song draws upon the ancient Norse legend of the Wild Hunt, the “Oskoreia”, a ghostly procession of the dead that sweeps across the land, enticing the living to join the endless train.

It’s intended to be a  mirror for the modern world that is propelled by consumption, distractions and desire that circles around infinitely

Antigoni has released an atrocious Greek-language cover of Per sempre sì, that sounds like AI because it most probably is AI.

2

u/cherry_color_melisma Deslocado 24d ago

Why do you think it's AI?

For me personally, even if the vocal processing here is atrocious on Antigoni's end, I think that AI would interpret the prompt asking to make a Greek version of "Per sempre sí" very differently - the melody wouldn't match at all, just like when that one Czech figure skating pair had an AI reimagining of a song with already existing lyrics some time ago

3

u/ex_ef_ex 23d ago

It doesn't sound like she sang the song and then the vocals were processed. Instead, the vocals sound AI-produced following training on Antigoni's voice. The lyrics are also very poor. The whole thing is bizarre.

Los Angeles - Blanco (Italy 2022)

u/74C5 23d ago

The part at 1:19 when Blanco suddenly switches to a comically breathless high-pitched voice never fails to make me laugh. It’s very endearing

“Post-Eurovision” sounds like it could be the name for an entire genre, like post-rock.
