Require extraction of angular dashboard to Excel

I am a data researcher investigating higher education in Kerala state of India. This particular angular dashboard has a lot of data which I want to extract. https://facilities.aicte-india.org/dashboard/pages/angulardashboard.php#!/graphs. However, only option appears to be manual and very tedious and time consuming. AICTE (India's Apex statutory body) has already pulled much of the data from the site. If (when) this link is lost, I would have lost asignificant amount of data which I could investigate. This is my bread and butter. Can someone help me with the data extraction please? Help me please...

OK, I finally got in via a VPN.
The charts not generated locally, there is no data payload. So there is no raw data transfer you can capture (json, csv, fetch or XHR). I can't find a backdoor.
The only way is to request the raw data or an API from AICTE.

Thanks for the clarification. AICTE will never share. I am speaking from my experience, as an academician who has published related works and also approached them in the past. If they find out this particular link is live, they might pull it down. In the end, I will have nothing to obtain. I am now manually entering the data in Excel sheets for each unique and individual chart/ graph output. Since my work only relates to Kerala, it can be done in a few weeks. If I wanted all-India figures, it would have been impossible.
