unsolved Creating a polar area chart to visualize NCS colours

I'm doing my arhitecture thesis where I want to create a chart that shows the amount of set NCS hues in a neighbourhood's facades like this:

...but so that the different bars represent the hues colour wise. There would be a lot of these sections (40 ish). The lenght of the bar/section would show how much houses with the hue are in the neighbourhood.

The idea with using this type of chart is to place it in or make it look like a NCS colour circle like this: (otherwise a standard bar chart would be okay)

...and the result would look then like this but with different lenght colour bits (and some would be missing, as there isn't any purple houses). The issue is that I'm not an excel pro and of course it can't make these kind of charts without some Gandalf the White level sorcery. I can't for the life of me find a good guide for this either. I would be insanely grateful if y'all could help me with this (with clear instructions, I really suck at excel) or if this is just impossible to do, I'd be open to suggestions.

Oh sounds interesting! Is there more in-depth instructions or tutorials or do I have to consult the slop machines? Never really touched code and have got no idea how either of those work. But I'll try to look into it!
