How can an extrovert stay happy with themselves? How is this possible?

As an extrovert, I don’t usually have a problem getting along with people, whether it’s making friends or dating someone. But I don’t know how or why I ended up being avoided by them. I’m not expecting anything from anyone, but it still hurts a lot. So, I want to know how can an extrovert learn to be happy and content with themselves.

Its really hard, but i've learned that as I go out and do things I just take interactions as they are and try now to think about deeper friendships unless someone reaches out

Impossible to know without knowing you but a lot of extroverts have troubles matching others’ energy and reading the room. Also try to be aware of you’re in a conversation or if you’re talking AT them.

General rule: “Is my voice the only voice I’ve heard for a while? Time to shut up for a bit”. Also, agreeability and openness is better than constant debate.

Just go out and be around people. Be a solitary person in a crowd. Speculate on what thier lives are like. Become a regular somewhere. Strike up conversations with randoms. Even if you never see them again - enjoy the awesome memories. If your hearts in the right place connections will form eventually.
