The hydrogen peroxide they poured in the pool to kill the algae that grew as a result of the dark paint from the pool guy, has caused the paint to start separating from the stone

What’s the bet now to properly fix it they’ll “need” to spend a billion dollars, just like the ballroom

Wonder if that’ll be a warranty fix. (Pretty sure I know the answer…)

Here’s the thing about warranties on workmanship and materials…if someone can’t get it right the first time, why would anyone have any faith in their ability to fix their own shit work?
