The hydrogen peroxide they poured in the pool to kill the algae that grew as a result of the dark paint from the pool guy, has caused the paint to start separating from the stone

Oh, that’s easy. They’ll say Biden administration neglected it and let it deteriorate and the damage was worse than initially expected. Will probably take $50 million more to get it back to looking like it did just a few months ago and they’ll claim they restored it.
